Well-Risen, virtual baking school
The fine print

Terms of Service

I've written these in plain English.

Version 2.2 · effective 25 August 2026 · applies from this date

The short version

Eight things worth knowing before you book

That's a summary. The numbered sections below are what actually applies.

Effective 25 August 2026. These terms replace version 2.1 of 25 August 2026, and every version before it, in full.

How to read this. Part A applies to everything Well-Risen does. Part B holds the annexes, one for each kind of thing sold or offered. Only the annexes for what you have actually signed up to apply to you. Where an annex says something different from Part A, the annex wins for that thing.

Plain English on purpose. Nothing here is written to be hard to read. If a sentence in this document is unclear to you, ask before you pay, and the answer you get in writing is part of the agreement.

Part A · General terms

1Who you are dealing with

Well-Risen is a baking school operated by Camille Galanis, a sole proprietor based in Queens, New York. "Well-Risen", "we", "us" and "I" all mean the same person and the same business. "You" means the person agreeing to these terms.

Contact: wellrisenbaking@gmail.com. Website: well-risenbaking.com.

Well-Risen is the name Camille Galanis teaches baking under. Well-Being Behavior is the name she publishes behavior support materials under. Both are the same person and the same sole proprietorship. They are separate in every way that touches you: separate brands, separate websites, separate payment accounts, separate mailing lists, and no shared account, because Well-Risen has no accounts at all. Section 6 says how your materials reach you.

2What these terms cover

These terms cover the website, the free sessions, the paid courses, the teaching videos, the downloadable and printed materials, the one to one sessions, any in-person teaching, and anything else offered under the Well-Risen name.

3How you agree to these terms

You agree to these terms when you do any of the following, whichever happens first:

  • pay for a course or a product,
  • book or attend a free session,
  • create or use a Well-Risen student account,
  • download or receive Well-Risen materials.

If you do not agree, do not pay and do not attend. Refunds are governed by the annex for whatever you bought.

4Changes

These terms can change. The version in force is the one published at well-risenbaking.com/terms on the day you buy or book, and that version governs what you bought. A change never applies backward to a course you have already paid for, except where the change is required by law.

Material changes are announced by email to anyone with a live enrollment at least 14 days before they take effect.

5Eligibility

Well-Risen's own courses are sold to adults, 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to buy anything, hold an account, or attend a session as a student.

Two exceptions, each governed by its own annex:

  • Annex 4, in-person teaching arranged with a school or other host organization, where the participants are that organization's own students and the organization, not the child and not the parent, is the customer.
  • Annex 5, the Family Series, which is not yet open. It will allow one adult and one named minor to learn together, under safety rules written for exactly that.

Nothing in Annex 4 or Annex 5 changes the rule for everything else.

6How your materials reach you

There is no login and no student area. Everything that comes with your course is emailed to you, by Camille, at the address you enrolled with. The teaching videos, the recipe cards, the prep sheets, the shopping lists and your step records all arrive that way, in the week they are for.

Once a file is in your inbox it is yours to keep. Save it, print it, keep it forever. Nothing is behind a password, nothing expires, and nothing is taken away when the course ends.

Lost one? Ask. Email wellrisenbaking@gmail.com and it is sent again. There is no time limit on that and no charge for it.

Materials are for you. One enrollment is one learner and one household. Section 12 says what you may and may not do with them.

Tell us if your email address changes, because it is the only way anything reaches you.

Chargebacks and reversed payments. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we stop sending materials while it is sorted out. Talk to us before your bank. A refund you are entitled to under Annex 1.4 is faster and simpler than a chargeback, and a chargeback raised without asking first can end an enrollment.

If Well-Risen stops trading. You get at least 60 days' notice by email, and every session already paid for is either taught or refunded pro rata. Everything already sent to you is unaffected, because it is already yours.

7Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and are stated on the page you buy from. Payment is taken in full, up front, through Stripe. Well-Risen does not receive or store your full card number.

The card statement will read WELL-RISEN BAKING.

Live instruction is a service and no sales tax is charged on it. Nothing Well-Risen currently sells has sales tax added. If that ever changes, the tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and never added afterward.

A price can change at any time for future purchases. It never changes for something you have already paid for.

8Communications

When you sign up for anything, you get the emails that go with it, which are the ones carrying your dates, links and materials. Those are service emails and you cannot opt out of them while you have a live enrollment.

Marketing emails are separate. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing never affects the emails that run a course you have paid for.

If you message us on Instagram or through an automated Instagram reply, that conversation happens on Meta's platform under Meta's terms as well as these.

9What Well-Risen is not

Well-Risen teaches baking. That is all it does.

  • It is not applied behavior analysis, therapy, counseling or any clinical service, and no clinical relationship is created by taking a class, whatever Camille's professional qualifications are in her other work.
  • It is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice. Camille is not a physician, a dietitian, a nutritionist or an allergist. Nothing said in a class is a recommendation about your health, your diet or anyone else's.
  • It is not a food safety certification and it does not qualify you to prepare food for sale or for the public.

If you have a medical condition, a food-related condition, or a child with either, the person to ask is your own clinician, before you bake and not after.

10Allergies, intolerances and dietary needs

Read this section even if you read nothing else.

You are asked for allergy and dietary information before a course starts, and we ask you to answer it fully and in writing. Full ingredient lists are provided in advance of every session so that you can make your own decision about every recipe.

What we do: tell you what is in a recipe, in advance, and answer questions about substitutions honestly, including saying when we do not know.

What we do not do: clear a recipe as safe for you. We cannot. Only you, or your clinician, can decide whether an ingredient is safe for you to eat or handle.

You bake in your own kitchen with your own ingredients from your own suppliers. Cross contamination in your home, in a store, or in a manufacturer's plant is outside anything we can see or control. You are responsible for reading the labels on everything you use.

If you have a severe allergy, treat every recipe as unsafe until you have checked it yourself.

11Safety, and what you are accepting

Baking involves ovens, stovetops, hot fat, boiling water, sharp knives, electrical appliances, glass, and raw eggs and flour, both of which can carry bacteria. These risks are ordinary and they are real.

Your kitchen is yours. You are responsible for the condition of your equipment, the suitability of your appliances, the safety of your workspace, the presence of a working smoke alarm, and your own conduct in it. Nobody from Well-Risen is present and nobody can see what you are doing beyond what you choose to put on camera.

By enrolling you acknowledge that you understand these risks and choose to bake anyway. This is a statement of what you know and accept. It is not a release of any claim, and nothing in these terms asks you to give up a right that the law does not let you give up.

Do not bake unsupervised if you should not be baking unsupervised. If a medical condition, a medication or anything else makes it unsafe for you to use heat or blades alone, arrange for someone to be with you, or do not take the class.

Children and pets do not belong at the counter during a session.

12Materials, what you may do with them, and what you send us

Everything Well-Risen provides is copyright Camille Galanis: recipe cards, prep sheets, step records, workbooks, slides, printables, session recordings and the written content of the website.

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use what you receive, for your own baking and inside your own household, for as long as it is available to you.

You may: print it, bake from it, write on it, keep it forever, and cook for whoever you like with it.

You may not: share, sell, post, publish, forward, upload, resell or distribute it, post it to a file-sharing site or a group chat, use it to teach a class of your own, include it in a product you sell, or feed it to a machine learning system for training.

Commercial baking is fine. If you learn to make something here and go on to sell it, good. The restriction is on distributing our materials, not on what you do with the skill.

Annex 3 covers anything bought or given as a file rather than as part of a course.

12.1 · What you send us stays yours. Photographs of your bakes, messages in the session chat, answers at the one to one and anything else you send us remain your property. You give us permission to use them for one thing only, which is running the course you are on.

Marketing is a separate ask, every time. We do not use your photographs, your words or your name in marketing without asking you first, in writing, for that specific use. Saying no is normal and costs you nothing. Permission you give can be withdrawn at any time by email, and we stop using it going forward.

What you post in a session. Do not post anything in a class chat or shared space that is unlawful, abusive, or somebody else's work presented as yours.

If you think we have used something of yours without permission, email wellrisenbaking@gmail.com describing the material and where it appears. It comes down while we look at it.

13Recordings

Camille records the live sessions, and nobody else ever sees them.

They are not part of what you buy and they are not shared with the class. They exist so that Camille can watch her own teaching back and do it better. That is the whole purpose.

A recording is never published, never sold, never used in marketing, and never shown to another student, including the other people in your own cohort. There is no permission being sought here and none is asked for, because there is no other use.

They are deleted within 12 months of the last session of your cohort, and usually sooner. Ask for yours to be deleted at any time and it will be, without needing a reason and without any effect on your place in the class.

Your camera is your choice. You are welcome to attend with your camera off. Camille will ask you to have it on, because she can only coach what she can see, and the honest reason it is a smaller ask than it used to be is that no other student is ever watching.

You may not record, screenshot for distribution, or stream a session, or any part of one. Other people are in that room and they came to bake, not to be filmed.

14How we treat each other

Classes are small. Everyone is entitled to a session free of harassment, slurs, sexual comment, threats, and abuse of any kind, whether in the session, in chat, or in any Well-Risen space.

Camille may remove someone from a session or from a course for behavior that makes the room unsafe or unpleasant for other students. Removal for this reason is without refund, unless the refund window in Annex 1.4 is still open, in which case the ordinary refund rule applies. It is not a step that gets taken lightly, and where the situation allows it, a warning comes first.

15Technology

You need a device that can join a video call, a microphone, and a working internet connection. A camera is useful and is never required. Live sessions run on Zoom.

Well-Risen is not responsible for your equipment or your connection. If our side fails and a session cannot run, the cancellation rules in the relevant annex apply.

16Third parties

Well-Risen runs on services operated by other companies, including Stripe for payment, Zoom for live sessions, Netlify for the website, Resend for email, and Supabase for accounts and files. Their terms and their privacy practices apply to you alongside these terms, and their failures are not ours to control.

The Privacy Policy at well-risenbaking.com/privacy lists who they are and what each one handles.

17Warranties and limitation of liability

Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited or excluded. That carve-out comes first and it survives everything else in this section.

Subject to that:

  • Well-Risen's total liability to you for any claim arising out of a course or product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
  • Well-Risen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of ingredients, equipment or a bake that did not work.
  • Materials and instruction are provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent the law allows, Well-Risen disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In plain words: baking is variable, your flour, your oven, your altitude and your hands are all different from ours, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. Where that is so, this section applies as far as the law allows and no further.

18Indemnity

You agree to cover Well-Risen against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the materials, or food you make and give or sell to another person. This does not apply to anything caused by Well-Risen's own negligence or breach.

19Disputes, and how they get resolved

Step one, always: talk to me. Email wellrisenbaking@gmail.com describing the problem and what you want done. Both of us agree to spend 30 days trying to sort it out that way before anything formal starts. Most things end here, and with a cohort of five people they should.

If that fails, the courts. There is no arbitration clause in these terms and no class action waiver. If we cannot settle it between us, either of us is free to go to court, and section 20 says which one. You keep every right you would otherwise have, including the right to a jury.

Small claims is usually the right room. A disagreement about the price of one course belongs in small claims court, where you do not need a lawyer and the filing fee is small. Nothing here discourages you from using it, and if you file there we will not try to move it.

20Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

The courts sitting in Queens County, New York are where a claim under these terms is normally brought, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.

One deliberate exception. If you want to bring a small claims case where you live rather than where Camille lives, we will not object on the ground of venue. Making a student in another state travel to Queens to argue about one course would be a way of winning by making it not worth your while, and that is not how this business intends to behave.

Nothing here takes away a right your own state's consumer law gives you and does not allow you to sign away.

21Notices

Notices to you go to the email address on your enrollment. Notices to us go to wellrisenbaking@gmail.com. Email counts as writing throughout this document.

22Things outside anyone's control

Neither of us is in breach for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control, including illness, bereavement, power and internet failure, platform outage, extreme weather, and public emergency. Where that stops a session running, the cancellation and rescheduling rules in the relevant annex apply.

23The rest

Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not give it up.

Assignment. You may not transfer your enrollment or your rights under these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer the business, in which case these terms go with it.

Entire agreement. These terms, plus the annexes that apply to you, plus anything we agreed with you in writing, are the whole agreement, and they replace anything said earlier.

Survival. Sections 9, 10, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 24 survive the end of your enrollment.

24Records

A dated copy of the version of these terms in force on the day you bought is kept, and you may ask for it at any time.

Part B · Annexes

Annex 1 · Live virtual courses

Applies to every paid course taught live over video: Sweets & Sweet Breads, the sourdough courses, Build a Starter, Enriched Dough & Pastry, and any course added later that is taught this way. Does not apply to the Family Series, which has its own annex.

1.1Who it is for

Adults, 18 and over. One enrollment is one learner.

1.2What you get

What is on the sales page for that course on the day you buy is what you get: the number of live sessions and their length, the teaching videos, the materials, and, on every course of eight sessions or longer, a one to one session of about 45 minutes before the course starts. That session is included in the price and is never billed separately.

Cohorts are deliberately small. The group size stated on the sales page is a cap, not a minimum.

1.3Dates

Session dates are published before you buy. Dates can move. If a date moves you are told as early as possible, and if the new time does not work for you, that session's share of the price is refunded under Annex 1.5.

1.4Refunds

A full refund, no reason needed, if you tell us at least seven days before the first session of your cohort.

If you enroll inside that seven days, a different rule applies, and it is the more generous one. Enrollment sometimes stays open past the seven day mark, which would otherwise mean paying for a place that came with no way out. So: you have 48 hours from the moment you pay to change your mind and get all of it back, and never later than the start of the first session. If you enroll on the Friday for a Saturday class, that is one day rather than two. Whichever of the two windows is open to you, you always have one.

After your window closes there is no refund, including for sessions you do not attend, subject only to Annex 1.5. A small cohort is priced on the assumption that the seat you took was not available to anybody else.

Ask for a refund by email to wellrisenbaking@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, normally within 10 business days.

1.5If Camille cancels

If a whole course is canceled before it starts, you get all your money back.

If a course is stopped part way through, you get a pro rata refund for the sessions not taught.

A single session that cannot run is rescheduled, not refunded. Where rescheduling is not possible, that session's share of the price is refunded.

1.6Missed sessions

A missed session is not refunded, and it is not recorded for you. The teaching videos for that week are yours either way, and they carry the method, the recipe and the steps. What a missed Saturday costs you is the live coaching, not the content.

There is no credit and no transfer to a later cohort, except at Camille's discretion and in writing. Tell Camille in advance if you know you will miss one and she will send that week's materials early so you can bake it in your own time.

1.7Transfers

Your place is personal to you and may not be sold or given to someone else. If your circumstances change, ask. Moving you to a later cohort is sometimes possible and is always a favor rather than a right.

1.8Keeping your materials

Everything is emailed to you and everything is yours to keep, permanently, with no account to lose access to. See section 6.

If you lose a file, ask, and it is sent again. There is no deadline on that.

Annex 2 · The free Warm-Up and other free sessions

Applies to any session or material offered at no charge.

2.1Free means free

There is no payment and therefore nothing to refund. A free session can be moved, rescheduled or canceled at any time, and the only thing owed to you is being told.

2.2Everything else still applies

Part A applies in full to a free session, including safety, allergies, recordings, materials and the limitation of liability. Attending a free session is agreeing to these terms.

2.3Adults

Free sessions are for adults, 18 and over, on the same basis as the paid courses.

2.4What we do with your details

Signing up for a free session puts you on the Well-Risen email list. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, and doing so does not remove your access to the session you signed up for. See the Privacy Policy.

2.5No obligation

A free session comes with no obligation to buy anything, and any offer made in one is clearly marked as an offer.

Annex 3 · Digital products, printed materials and recordings

Applies to anything provided as a file or a printed item rather than as part of a live course, whether it is sold or given away, wherever it is provided, including on third-party marketplaces and including materials handed out at a school session.

3.1What you are buying

A license to use the file, not ownership of it. Copyright stays with Camille Galanis.

3.2The license, for personal use

You may use it in your own household, print it as many times as you like for your own use, and keep it.

3.3The license, for professionals

If you bought a product marked for professional or classroom use, you may use it with the children, students or clients of one practitioner or one classroom, and print what you need for them.

You may not share it with colleagues, load it onto a shared drive, use it across a whole school or agency, or include it in your own paid product. Additional licenses for more people are available. Ask.

3.4Never

Reselling, redistributing, posting the file publicly, uploading it to a file-sharing or document-sharing site, claiming it as your own work, or using it to train a machine learning system.

3.5Marketplace sales

Where a product is sold through a marketplace, that marketplace's own terms and license also apply, and where its license is narrower than this annex, the narrower one governs that copy.

3.6Refunds on digital products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, because they cannot be returned. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not what the listing described, tell us and it is fixed or refunded. Where a marketplace has its own refund policy, that policy applies to purchases made there.

3.7Recordings are not a standalone product

Session recordings are not sold at all, on their own or otherwise, and are not part of what you buy. See section 13. The teaching videos that do come with a course are covered by this annex like any other material.

3.8Nothing physical is inside a course price

No printed or shipped item is ever included in the price of a course. Course prices buy live instruction and the files that support it. Anything physical is a separate purchase or a gift, and is described as such.

Annex 4 · In-person instruction, school visits and host organizations

Applies where Well-Risen teaches in person at a school, library, community center, after-school program or other host organization. This annex governs the arrangement between Well-Risen and the host. It is agreed in writing before any date is confirmed.

Until the Family Series opens under Annex 5, this is the only arrangement in which minors take part in Well-Risen instruction. It is written so that the 18-and-over rule everywhere else and a room full of children are not in contradiction. They are different arrangements, and this one is not an exception carved out of the other.

4.1Who the customer is

The host organization is the customer. Not the child, and not the parent. The host books, the host pays, and the host holds the relationship with the families.

An adult authorized to bind the host must agree to this annex in writing before a date is confirmed.

4.2Participants are the host's students, at all times

Children taking part remain the host's students in the host's care throughout. Camille attends as a visiting instructor and is never a supervisor, a caregiver, or a person responsible for a child.

The host's own staff remain present, in the room, and responsible for the children for the entire session. This is not negotiable and it is not a formality. If the host's staff leave the room, the session stops until they return.

4.3No unsupervised contact, ever

Camille is not alone with a child at any time, does not take a child anywhere, does not transport a child, does not contact a child directly or through any account or platform, and does not meet a child one to one. Any communication about a child goes through the host.

4.4Consent, permission and records are the host's

The host's own permission, consent and media release process governs, and it is used instead of anything from Well-Risen. The host is responsible for:

  • obtaining parental or guardian permission for participation,
  • distributing the full ingredient list to families in advance,
  • holding all medical, allergy and emergency information,
  • any photography or media consent.

Well-Risen does not collect information from or about a child, does not hold a child's records, and does not create an account for a child.

4.5Allergies, in writing, in advance

The host provides a complete written list of allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions for every participant, at least 10 days before the session. No list, no session.

Every school session is nut free, with no exceptions. Recipes containing tree nuts or peanuts are not taught at a host site under any circumstances, including where a host says it is not necessary.

Egg free and dairy free versions are designed in rather than substituted on the day, where the host asks for them in advance.

The host is responsible for deciding whether a given child may take part in a given recipe. Camille supplies the ingredient list. The host, with the family, makes the call.

4.6The room, and heat

The recipe is chosen to fit the room, and the room is confirmed in writing beforehand: what heat, water and power are available, and what the host's own food policy allows.

Where no oven or stove is agreed in writing, the session is no-bake and no-heat. Heat and blades are used only where the host has agreed in writing, and only with the host's staff supervising directly.

4.7Food handling

Camille follows the host's food policy. The host confirms in advance whether a food handler certificate, a health department requirement, or a facility rule applies, and Camille complies with it.

Where the host purchases the ingredients from a supplied list, the host is responsible for what is bought, how it is stored, and its condition on the day.

4.8Insurance and clearances

Both of the following are conditions of the session happening at all. Neither is a statement that it is already in place.

Before the first session:

  • Well-Risen obtains and holds general liability insurance in its own name, in an amount agreed with the host, in force on the day, and provides a certificate of insurance naming the host and, where required, its district or parent body as additional insured. No session takes place before that policy is in force.
  • Camille completes whatever background check, fingerprint clearance or vendor onboarding the host or its district requires, at the host's direction. Because clearance can take weeks, it is started as soon as a date is discussed and not after it is confirmed.

No certificate and no clearance means no date. Neither of these is waived by either side, even by agreement.

4.9Photography and media

Camille takes no photographs or video of children, and posts none, without the host's written confirmation that its own media release covers it, and then only of what that release actually permits. Consent for one session is not consent for another.

Any quote used in marketing comes from an adult, in writing, who knows what it is for.

4.10Materials left with participants

Recipe cards and printed materials given to participants are licensed for that child and household under Annex 3, and carry the Well-Risen name. They are teaching materials, not advertising, and nothing is sold to children in the room.

4.11Fees, expenses and payment

The fee, what it includes, and who buys the ingredients are agreed in writing before the date. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Where the host is a public body, its own purchase order and vendor process governs the paperwork.

Payment is made to Camille Galanis unless a trade name has been registered and confirmed in writing.

4.12Cancellation

By the host: more than 14 days before, no charge. Inside 14 days, 50% of the fee, because the date was held and the prep is done. Inside 48 hours, the full fee, less any ingredient cost not yet incurred.

By Well-Risen: the session is rescheduled at no cost, or every amount paid is returned, whichever the host prefers.

Closure, weather or emergency on either side: rescheduled, at no charge to anyone.

4.13Liability between us

Section 17 of Part A applies, with the amount paid by the host as the cap. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The host indemnifies Well-Risen against claims arising from the host's own supervision, its consent process, its premises, its equipment, and the accuracy of the allergy information it provides. Well-Risen indemnifies the host against claims arising from Camille's own negligence.

4.14Programs where families pay directly

Where an after-school club or similar program is paid for by families rather than by the host, this annex still governs the arrangement with the host for the room, the supervision and the safeguarding, and a separate parent-facing agreement is required before any family pays. That agreement covers enrollment, fees, refunds, allergy disclosure, consent, and who is responsible for the child before and after the session.

No family is charged until that agreement exists and has been reviewed by an attorney.

Annex 5 · The Family Series · reserved

This annex takes effect on the date the Family Series first opens for enrollment, and not before. Until then it has no effect and the Family Series is not for sale.

The Family Series is a virtual course where one adult and one named minor learn together in their own kitchen. The following is what will apply.

5.1One adult, one named minor

The adult buys, agrees to these terms, and is the customer. The minor is named at enrollment. Both are the one enrollment, and the price reflects two learners.

The adult confirms they are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or have that person's written authority.

5.2The adult is present, the whole time

The purchasing adult is physically present in the kitchen, alongside the minor, for the entire session. The adult, not Camille, supervises the child, handles or supervises every use of heat and blades, and decides what the child may do.

A session where the adult is not present is a session the child does not attend.

5.3Camera and recordings

Camera is optional, as everywhere else. No recording of a session with a minor in frame is shown to anybody, including the other families in that cohort. Section 13 already limits recordings to Camille's own review, and that limit is absolute here. No permission for any other use is asked for, because it is not a permission a parent should be put in the position of giving.

5.4Allergies

Section 10 of Part A applies, and the adult answers for both learners.

5.5Everything else

Annex 1 applies to the Family Series in full, except where this annex says otherwise.

Version history

VersionEffectiveWhat changed
1.010 August 2026First terms. 22 sections.
1.110 August 2026, revised 11 and 12 August11 August: adults only, 18 and over, with eleven matching site edits. 12 August: the cohort dates moved, so the refund cut-off moved with them. The effective date itself never moved.
2.023 August 2026Restructured as general terms plus annexes. Added in-person and host organization terms, digital product licensing, the reserved Family Series annex, a 30-day informal resolution step before anything formal, an explicit non-clinical and non-dietetic disclaimer, an acknowledgment of risk in place of anything resembling a waiver, an implied-warranty disclaimer, indemnity, force majeure, account closure and wind-down terms, and a link to the new Privacy Policy. Arbitration and a class action waiver were drafted and then deliberately left out, so students keep their ordinary right to go to court.
2.125 August 2026No student area and no login. Materials are emailed and are yours to keep permanently, which replaces twelve months of portal access. Session recordings are no longer provided to students at all and are kept only for Camille's own review, deleted within twelve months. The shared sign-in with Well-Being Behavior is gone, along with the account clauses that described it.
2.225 August 2026Annex 1.4 gained a 48 hour window for late enrollments. The founding cohort moved from 19 September to 3 October, and enrollment now closes on 29 September, three days after the last free session and three days after the seven day refund cut-off. Without this clause anybody enrolling in those last three days would have bought a place with no refund window at all. They now have 48 hours from payment, capped at the start of the first session. No cohort dates appear anywhere in these terms, on purpose, so nothing else in the document moved.
